Check out the spread of Kimora Lee Simmons along with her gorgeous daughters Mink and Aoki. You can see more images at www.danibrubaker.com.

I have to say that Kimora is an amazing mother. Those kids were awesome to be around!

Here's a little peak of the Right Bank Babies shoot. It's been a bit hectic over the last week. I guess Mecury and Venus in Retrograde is making everyone on edge. It's definitely not a good time to make major changes, yet all the changes that need to be made are screaming at the top of their lungs. It's like that old saying that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I just want to put my hand over my ears and block the noise while screaming out La La La La...

Think that would do the trick?

My daughter played 3 games of Lacrosse today at the Rose Bowl and did amazing. Her father, Danny and I (I know, I know.. the Danny's) watch her kick some major booty today and you could just see how proud she was of herself. This was the first time that I've really taken my camera with me to shoot them playing. I don't consider myself a sports photographer at all, but I had a blast and found myself wondering why I haven't been doing this with every single game. You don't need to guess that I'll be doing in the future. Her season officially starts on Tuesday. Al has such an advantage in Lacrosse being 6' tall. One of these days she's going to love her height. Her father is now only 2" taller. It's a strange feeling to have your baby looking down on you. She calls me midget!

Talita Silva and her pup Chanel

Talita's show finally aired on Sunday. Poor little Chanel got picked on by the mean girl. Be sure to check out the show. It's pretty hilarious.

It's called Running in Heels and Talita's an intern along with 2 others for Marie Claire. Great entertainment.

Here's a speak into the Summer 09 Billie Girls stuff. Little Lily is hilarious and such a delight to shoot.

I got put on hold for a few jobs so we'll cross our fingers and our toes!

I can't tell you how stoked I am that Jessie designed my new blog. It looks AMAZING! We have two now.. not just one, but two! More is never enough.

Every other year about this time I buy a watch for myself. I had been eyeing the Michelle K watches, but ended up getting this Burberry one. Alex and I went to the mall today so that she could interview at Abercrombie. She turns 17 in 2 weeks and every single time she walks into Abercrombie they always try to recruit her. We think she got the job, but they can't officially offer it to her until her actual birthday. Plus we need to get a work permit for her. So crazy in California... I was working at 15 and didn't have to go through what these kids do these days.

I'm back to the printing madness and getting close to being done. YEAH!

I've been printing new images for my books the last couple of days. There's nothing like an urgent request from your agent to make you just get it done. Tons of new stuff coming soon. I'm working with Jessie over at Follow Studio on a couple of projects. She's amazing and I can't wait to see the final layout.

My daughter and I have the house to ourselves this weekend. We're stoked on that one!

The Billie Girls Summer 09 stuff just launched. Yippee!

It's been a busy morning with updating the site and prepping for tomorrow's shoot. I'm meeting with the clients tonight for a quick recap of the creative direction. I hope the kiddo's recognize me tomorrow with my new dark hair. Everyone seems to like it so far, but its going to take me time to get use to it. It's dark... really dark.

I have to admit that I've been a little OCD about my hair lately. Check the insanity:

1. Get hair highlighted and decide to cut into a pixie again.
2. Haircut translates into a Zebra. Dark with blonde zebra streaks. Not happy!
3. Take matters into my own hands and go buy a die from CVS and I end up turning my hair orange.
4. Meet someone at a shoot that tells me they can fix it.
5. They come to my studio and spend 4 hours fixing my orange mess.
6. Wake up the next day with not only orange hair but add a yellow tint.
7. Same person tries to fix it again.
8. They do an all over bleach and then add color to give it depth.
9. Turns freaking ORANGE again!
10. I take matters into my own hands.... again!
11. I decide to go Medium ASH Brown.. That should fix the orange right?
12. My daughter informs me that it's now green with a hint of dark gray.
13. It's getting funny now...
14. I walk into a salon and ask for help.
15. Thanks to Shannon at Mimosa Salon in Hermosa I am now have a beautiful brown on my sore little head.
16. It's official... I'm finally a brunette.

So... bottom line to this insanity... Don't do this at home. And.. if you need a great person with a wonderful personality go to Shannon at Mimosa (www.mimosasalon.com). She saved the day!

I've been so behind on posting new things to my website along with stuff to the blog. I'm hoping to cram through everything this weekend and get everything up to date. As my agent told me yesterday... my style is evolving. I'm looking forward to sharing with everyone and getting feedback.

Kids LA Magazine will hit the stands in the next few weeks with the Big Sur shoot along with Kimora and the girls.

The March/April issue of Vogue Bambini will be featuring Kimora and the girls as well. Be sure to pick both magazines up.

I'll be shooting the Summer 09 campaign for Crazy 8 next week. Should be exciting. Their concept is adorable!

Here's a sneak peek of my shoot today with Mackenzie Foy. We "gorilla" styled it. Everyone loaded in the car and we went all over the place. More to come... busy editing.

Press for Kimora and the girls.
